Eric’s passion for photography started in the darkroom back in 2005, advancing in to the study of fine art before earning his Associates Degree in Digital Imaging in 2010.
He made the move to Chicago shortly after and has been shooting wedding’s with fig ever since. Eric’s photography tends to be more in a documentary style – candid, natural and exciting. He enjoys capturing moments behind the scenes, beautiful details of an event space and the spontaneity of dancing. He also specializes in using flashes and lights to capture situations more creatively. In his free time he is usually outside exploring, either camping, hiking or biking. “Growing up in Michigan really has given me a appreciation for the outdoors and everything nature has to offer.”
“I really enjoyed shooting Jessica and Mike’s wedding at their families cabin in Michigan. It was a very intimate wedding with close family and friends. The lake was a beautiful background and the cabins really had a personal feel you just don’t get at some venues.”
