Follow the music. This is the motto Christine Collins lives by.

Music has always been a huge part of Christine’s life, beginning with playing the violin since the age of four and picking up the guitar and bass later on in her teens. It wasn’t until she attended Rutgers University and joined the student-run radio station that she realized her passion for deejaying. Christine’s involvement with the station’s news team also helped her discover her interest in journalism and proceeded to graduate with a degree in the field.

Born and raised on Chicago’s south side, Christine feels lucky to come from such a musically rich city, with house music having the most influence on her. Although she loves spinning house, she also enjoys playing a wide variety of music for her audiences including funk, soul, Motown, and the best of pop music throughout the decades. Christine is constantly in search of new (and old) music to play for her listeners and hopes expose them to music they didn’t even know they liked yet!
